This track is built around some field recordings I made at the Institut Laue Langevin, a neutron scattering facility in Grenoble where I occasionally do experiments. It’s partly named after Max von Laue who discovered of x-ray diffraction, was a fascinating character. I recommend you look up the story of his Nobel Prize medal.
