We recorded the basic tracks for these pieces in the summer of 1993, in a leather-and-chrome furnished bachelor pad in Clapham. I remember a bar across the street called Dixie, which seemed to command more of our attention than the recording session could compete with. Thus is how all great collaborations end, not with a bang, but with a bottle of watery Mexican lager. Oh, and several hours of trying to record Twin Peaks style backwards speech, to sound like demonic voices. There is a little bleed through of that on this e.p. Just for laughs.
